I wish the Beverly Hills 90210 cupcakers would just gut the Gino's space. I don't want that history trapped in frosting-and-sprinkles hell for eternity. (or at least until they go out of business.) By comparison, Varvatos is a real humanitarian/preservationist for keep a wall of CBGB alive.
