It probably wasn’t open more than 2 years, more likely just one year. It wasn’t very good tbh. https://www.nytimes.com/1994/06/19/nyregion/new-yorkers-co-425389.htmlAdam Weinerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00123864730317380392noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-683382864156505640.post-63175950906002131382016-01-15T20:07:02.781-05:002016-01-15T20:07:02.781-05:00This is NOT the REAL CFONs....

He grew not far from me, and had gone to the Chock at which my career began and ended in a single shift. The doughnuts are as I remember them (a good thing) but they were out of cream cheese for the date nut bread. As to the complaints about the prices, 99 cents for two doughnuts is as good as it gets.BaHanoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-683382864156505640.post-14112620405592717912010-09-13T22:11:27.125-04:002010-09-13T22:11:27.125-04:00My mother used to take me there when we went shopp...My mother used to take me there when we went shopping in Midtown. In LA, they have Googie design, all those classic sci fi looking diners, some of which remain. So will Starbucks make the cut?
