What I always liked about that area for years was the big sky mixed with the peace and quiet, a nice place to take a walk or ride and get away from people. Countdown a few months and you'll be stumbling over yapping brunchers in no time.Filmatixhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03828810354654151800noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-683382864156505640.post-89204019161169158002012-02-06T17:16:27.579-05:002012-02-06T17:16:27.579-05:00Marty was writing about Black & White cookies ...Marty was writing about Black & White cookies today and now you are mentioning the Charlotte Russe--wow--love them both. They operate on razor-thin profit margins - sometimes just four cents on the dollar," Rigie added. "If you see a restaurant with every seat full, it doesn't mean that it's profitable. Popularity does not ensure longevity."Claribelhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11852854870468578618noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-683382864156505640.post-71851885738478044222012-02-06T16:00:04.169-05:002012-02-06T16:00:04.169-05:00esquared - actually it was on Reade & Church. ...esquared - actually it was on Reade & Church. They had gotten hit with a ton of DOH violation points at a couple of their inspections, but not sure what the actual cause of the closure was. Always seemed kinda empty in relation to the foot traffic on that corner.

Always tasted pretty good to me, and I never had a problem with the food there.JAZnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-683382864156505640.post-85547682054783868252012-02-06T15:13:41.395-05:002012-02-06T15:13:41.395-05:00This comment has been removed by the author.esquared™https://www.blogger.com/profile/03535683572170541615noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-683382864156505640.post-7052445271322629832012-02-06T15:05:50.626-05:002012-02-06T15:05:50.626-05:00This comment has been removed by the author.esquared™https://www.blogger.com/profile/03535683572170541615noreply@blogger.com
