Sidewalk Sitters

Has anyone else noticed an increase in people sitting on the sidewalks? Something about it just bugs me...on The Grumbler.

But people used to do it in NYC a long time ago, so that makes it okay.

Sidewalk sitters are pretty annoying, but the people who really get my goat are subway stairway sitters. These clowns are oblivious to the fact that the stairs' sole purpose is to permit the ascent and descent of people in motion, a function made significantly more difficult by idiots who use them as places to perch their pimpled backsides.
