Cupcake of Death?
In Times Square, cupcakes have taken over an ordinary old coffee cart on 42nd Street. Where once were bagels, there are now pink swirls and rainbow sprinkles.
Meanwhile, bicycling downtown, was that the Cupcake of Death headed for the Halloween Parade?
Or just an everyday giant, rolling cupcake with skeletons sitting on it?

The Cupcake of Death made my morning! Now that Halloween is over perhaps its owner could rent it out for events and protests. It could become the cupcake epidemics' equivalent of the unions' inflatable rat
I hope they took that cupcake of death to the Office Depot!

i love the cup cakes!! the cart reminds me of the one on 1st ave in the EV, (if its still there). it had pictures of muffins, donuts & coffee! new york was the Big Apple, that was cute. now we are the Big Cupcake. what is so bad about this? you can make a sandwich w/a bagel, but a cake is a dessert. its prettier than a bagel. its a great visual w/the pastels. its not duane reade, or an ugly street sign. i do not have the association of "sexinthecity". i think of the bakeries on ave J in brooklyn when i was a child. fancy birthday cakes, paper birthday hats, candles, & "happy birthday to you......" jeremiah, think of that- youll feel better.
